Every conversation I’ve ever had with a lawyer about those waivers is that they’re basically worthless if you have a lawyer who’s at least minimally competent.

I’m alright with the weird, since some of that experimentation leads to good titles eventually. Huge fan of DQ Builders, TWEWY and it’s sequel, and yes, even some of their action RPG’s like Trials of Mana, SoP:FFO or the FF7R.
