To put in perspective, she lost her job a few months ago and we’re now running on fumes, we can’t even afford canned soup at the moment.

My GF never leaves home without makeup, I’m taking about NEVER.
She would spend minimum of one whole hour to put on makeup just to go to the grocery store literally 2 minutes walk away.
In fact she insist on having makeup on before she would go out to our in house communal laundry washer unit.

Maybe I am the minority but I prefer women who don’t like makeup. The excuse that makeup helps build confidence is a lie in every way imaginable.
