As a driving enthusiast, who likes operating a car, please keep building roads. Urban sprawl sounds okay to me.
I have tried, unsuccessfully, multiple times now. Unfortunately the company I work for actually installed extra large parking spaces because 90% of the workforce drives lifted pickup trucks with giant tires, so my chances of success are slim to none.
These could have been a great daily, but unfortunately 80 miles won’t even get me to work and back. The backup generator option is kind of a joke, needing to be re-filled each time due to the tiny tank. 150 miles of pure battery range would be a good sweet spot.
Probably because he’s an actual journalist.
This is kind of sad to be honest, seeing yet another icon get locked in a cave and come back as a family grocery getter. There’s a bazillion monocoque independent suspension 3-row SUVs out there. What truly differentiates it from a Discovery at this point? Boxy looks, and uh, better water fording?
A unibody independent suspension SUV. Swimming in the sea of sameness.
The Defender is dead.
One star for you, sir.
This is the Tesla Roadster of the H-D brand. Expensive, impractical, fun. But it lets them get some return on the initial NRE of entering the EV space, prove out some concepts with real-world early adopter consumers who may be less picky when it comes to issues, and dip their toes into a market they currently have 0%…
Neutral: Base Land Cruiser Prado with manual diesel.

I go through a drive through nearly every day, sometimes multiple times per day. I’ll be damned if I’m going to get out of my car and put my YouTube videos on pause.
I’ve never understood the appeal of chrome anything on an automobile. I’m happy with this.
Thank you for correctly saying “champing”.
... moon infection?
This had to be done. A clean-slate shakeup of the American automotive sports car industry. This was not made for the traditional enthusiasts that cling to their carburetors and 1960's era designs. Gen-X’ers and Millennials tend to see European and Japanese manufacturers as the leaders of innovation and performance;…
Erik, how are the brown manual-transmission diesel sportwagons with plaid interiors doing? I’m hoping sales are still pretty strong, I can’t wait to get one.
No, I did not. That’s awesome. Perhaps there will be a TourX with lowering springs in my future.
