I was foolish to think that when Richard was impressed with the VR demo using his algorithm that they would actually pivot again to being some kind of VR company.

I intensely dislike it as well. Just last week I was reminded that this band existed and I finally had to get to the bottom of the meaning of their name and was actually kind of disappointed that it amounts to nothing more than "Portugal is like a character, and he's a man."

This would probably make a good article if no one's done it yet. Comment a bit on the games that have been re-released numerous times and why, and maybe go into the differences between each. There's Skyrim, Mario 64, Final Fantasy VII, maybe Shadow of the Colossus now…

Kayo Dot. I've had Choirs of the Eye stuck in my car's CD player for about two years now (the radio stopped working long before that, and there's no aux port). After the first year I stopped listening to it, but this week I turned it back on and man, it somehow never ceases to amaze me. Last night I listened to Hubardo

The real horror is that it somehow took two hours to buy a chair.

I've only seen the first Conjuring and only once. It was a good experience. I'm just going to continue ignoring the rest of the Conjuring Cinematic Universe.

Celebrities are just like us!

I've gone on record saying that if Sony updated this game every console generation, I'd buy it for full price every time. So here we are.

Raiders of the Lost Ark. Good, but I'll always prefer Last Crusade over anything else in the series.

I'm about 70 hours in, level 25. I guess in the main storyline I'm collecting people for the Battle of Kaer Morhen but I keep putting it off to do other quests. I just don't want it to end either.

Is AV Club going to review the new TOPS album or what? If you're gonna feature them in the What's Coming to Record Stores in June article, then I better see a review of it.

Excellent.

I enjoyed this story. Thank you.

There's a joke here about A.V. Club ordering extra clicks from Papa John's articles, but I can't quite get it.

Yeah, first viewing for Narcissus. It really was a double bill with Mulholland, except we went almost directly from the theater for MD and then back home for Narcissus. I think The Devils was playing here awhile ago and my lady wanted to go but we never did for some reason. I'm sure we'll get around to it soon.

Watched Lost Highway a few weeks ago and commented on how the overall look and sound of it was really "of its time" to its detriment. But here we are a few weeks later and I'd rather watch that than Mulholland. I think I just went into the theater with high expectations, thinking MD is so revered and Lynch's best and

Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. Never saw The Valley of the Dolls, but Beyond assured me it's not a sequel. Anyway, I thought it would just be a movie about Hollywood and drugs and it IS, but it… uh, really went off the rails there. Would recommend.

Yeah, that's true. Maybe just have one band do it 10 different ways, idk.

10 times, the exact same way every time? Eeeh. Why not just get 10 groups of musicians together and say, "Put together a cover of Smooth. Do whatever you want."

Destiny just feels good to play. Plus you don't even NEED to step into the player versus player portion if you don't want to! I rarely do, except to complete quests or whatever. Destiny's PvP was just never fun for me, for some reason.
