@freedomweasel: I really dont think you'll lose that minimalistic feel, as long as you choose a good, minimalistic theme. A good example being "lightness". Check out the different themes by pressing "t" while on the OS selection screen

Ubuntu already has a launchpad-esque application launcher in its Netbook edition, just like its had an "app store" for quite a few years now.

@Mujtaba Meher: Before this conversation starts to turn into a "fan-boy" war, lets just say presentation making software is only as good as the person who uses it and leave it at that.
@Julian Berteling: Do you mind explaining what it is about Keynote you like so much?
@Tills13: I use PowerPoint too, actually I like it so much, I got rid of impress and use PP on Linux, but I also think there is a better Presentation tool out there, but we wont be able to tell through a poll as PP has to big a share of users.
I think the title should be changed to "Most Used Presentation Creation Tool: PowerPoint"
