Two things I’ll add for thrifting: I buy wooden frames for my artwork. I’ll sand and repaint them to work them into the design of the art it’s framing so it becomes part of the piece. About the rabbit fur and other fur coats (I hate the fur industry too) that can redeem them somewhat (no one at thrift stores are…
Ugh, he’s like what if a Subaru was a person.
Let’s pivot instead to my favorite gossip of the week: Meghan Markle’srumored split with Priyanka Jonas. I’d like to believe the latter donned a Party City mustache, marched into the In Touch offices, and delivered the news herself. It’s a much better look than having your third string assistant call the tip hotline…
I don’t follow K-Pop so reading this comment was a fucking ride.
Exactly. One of my sisters died, and I frequently leave her out of the sibling count in casual conversation. It makes me feel weird to do it, but usually I just don’t want to get into it with people.
It’s definitely tough. Have this issue when people ask me about how many brothers and sisters I have. Lost a sibling to mental illness. Just wing it depending on who asks and how deep I feel like going. In my heart though, it’s an easy question.
I’m an invisible mother.
“ He was guilty as hell!.... I’ll tell you a secret: I had him go to a doctor to get shots, libido-killing shots.”
I believe he can lie.
I repped him for 3 years in Hollywood and let me tell you, one of the most genuine, kind, humble guys I have had the pleasure of working with. I was SO HAPPY when I met him the first time and he lived up to (and exceeded) all the expectations of my inner 13 year old fangirl. I can’t say enough kind words about him…
90210 was more of my older sister’s time, but a friend of mine also watched with her older sisters—and had a powerful crush on Luke Perry. So much so that I bought her a giant 90210 puzzle with Luke Perry’s photo. And we went to see his film 8 Seconds, in which Luke is a bull rider (he looks good in rodeo garb),…
What about Breckin Meyer?
Woah, wait a minute. What about Salt and Vinegar? S&V is peak potato chip, it doesn’t get better.
I know I am middle-aged because if I had found myself at this event I would have grabbed handfuls of produce, stuffed them down my pants, and made for the exit. Free limes and garlic, and the garlic is already PEELED?
(totally team Brenda)
RIP Luke! He was one of my first big TV crushes and half of the first TV ‘ship (Team Brenda!) I ever cared about.
RIP, Mr Perry. Alongside Jordan Catalano and Spike, you leaned on the 90's highschool locker hallway of my heart with the best of them.
My first understanding of who Luke Perry was came from this scene from Clueless: “[Cher is] saving herself for Luke Perry.”
So sad. I will be watching my Buffy the Vampire Slayer Blu-Ray (original movie) in his honor.
