Funny you should bring up Latin, since my point was that English, unlike Latin, is a living language. It's not a "hijacking" of the language when new words come into use.

I loved when they were doing the dramatic face-off at the end and there was Milk in the front, smiling beatifically with that beard. I for one am really glad she went with the beard, because for the rest of her tenure on the show I'll think of her as some kind of benevolent drag wizard.
