Yeah, the house/property looks pretty nice with some fairly fresh asphalt applied to the driveway. Is it a 12 gallon tank?  My Fiat 500 has 10 bars for 10 gallons.  It’s pretty accurate too.  When down to the last gallon, it’ll switch the last bar into two.  When I fill up with one “half” bar left, I put 9.5 gallons in.

100% this.  I don’t want to have to be bouncing off the rev limiter while driving around town.  Track day?  Sure, take it to redline.  Going to the grocery store?  I’m under 3,000 RPM 99% of the time.  Give me turbo torque over high rev horsepower any day.
