He’s already said that we should be on our own because we don’t vote for him.
I get that and I don’t have a problem with them using it as a selling point. My main problem is it was their very first selling point. Not something tangible like horsepower, mpg, features, approach/departure angles, etc. Just some symbolic mythos of how long they’ve been competition free. To me that comes across as…
Thank you.
What is a kick-plate in the race track world?
I remember driving a Samurai and the wheelbase is so short that if felt like it didn’t have suspension. It just bounded back and forth from the front wheels to the back wheels like a hobby horse.
OMG, my step father does this. It’s never specified, but it certainly comes across as derogatory.
A nickel!
Yep, local high school girl (drunk) drove her Geo Tracker up an embankment and rolled back down. She was fine, the Geo, not so much.
Wingstop kills me. They have some of the best wings, but the absolute worse service. 45 minutes for 15 wings, minimum. Twice I’ve gotten home with my take out order to find completely plain wings even though I ordered Louisiana Dry Rub. Every store within driving distance is averaging 1.5 stars on Yelp. The store…

Sports cars in general make no sense. People buy them for the thrill and I understand that. What I don’t understand is people buying expensive compromised versions of sports cars in the form of trucks and SUV’s. If you want to delve into that arena, why not go for the better version (a low center of gravity car?)
Stupidity, yes, but also how selfish so many people are. A seemingly large portion of the population is absolutely unwilling to sacrifice even one iota for the betterment of everybody.
When Jeep’s first “Advantage” is heritage, my response is,
Yeah, those two things are equivalent.
But jb21's example wasn’t the salesman starting from the top and moving down. The salesman tried to pressure him by saying he wasn’t a “real man” unless he bought the $70,000 Raptor. My biggest complaint with a lot of salespeople is they don’t listen. jb21 specifically stated what he wanted (a bottom level trim…
