They sold you a car and didn’t even wash it first? Even the po-dunk used car dealership I worked at in high school would wash/prep any car being sold. Even if it was a Ford Tempo for $2,999.

September 2007 here. Lost half its value within two years. I watched people buy foreclosures (which were larger than my house) for less than half what I paid.
Second car was a hand-me-down as well. 1995 Suzuki Swift with a 5-speed manual that my friends lovingly referred to as the “Snatchback.”
Maybe he can buy a new set of tyres after hitting a kerb.
Already has the tell tale signs. Mile long straight followed by a sharp hairpin and some swoopy sections to connect the the straight again. And all flat as a board.
You’d think for a million, they could have dressed the tires for the picture.
A few years ago I walked onto a Chevy lot to find every vehicle on the lot had a little handwritten sticker next to the Maroney with a minimum $750 markup. Every single vehicle. Malibus, Sparks, Impalas. $750 was the least I saw. Some were over $5,000 on Camaros and Corvettes. I just laughed out loud and left.
Can confirm. After driving around south Florida and seeing at least five Skittles colored Huricans before lunch, it definitely loses its wow factor. The C8 will be like the Tesla Model 3. Tons of hype and hard to get one right away. You will see some Instagram people jumping on the C8 just so they can use the, “Yeah,…

I’m pretty sure I haven’t spent $100,000 on gas in my entire life. That’s a poor argument.

I’ll never forget when I went with my mom to buy a Kia (at a Dodge dealership because Kia was new to America) we were waiting around for paperwork or something. The salesman we got was a grade-A asshole from start to finish, but we had bought the car through an online service (pretty new at the time) and didn’t have a…
Fewer openings make for better aerodynamics at high speed. Ford was ahead of their time!
Short wheelbase is good for autocross.
Came here to post this. Well done. I would have also accepted the Firebird Formula version.
Sometimes when driving my 2017 Tacoma around town at night, I have to look down to see if my headlights are even on. It feels like they don’t even work at all.
There’s an indoor go-kart track near me that uses electric karts. When you start out they reduce the power level your kart can produce. As you prove that you can handle it, they start bumping up the power. Maybe Ford can look into something similar to this idea.
Maybe Ford should start offering a roll bar in the options list.
Some Chevy executive went to a body shop, saw this and said, “Yep, that’s our future design language.”
