He’s just the guy that inserts his own thing into the conversation regardless of the topic so he can talk about it.

I’m assuming they could only transport four at a time from the manufacturer to the dealers.
My grandmother had a green LTD like this. Granted, I was a toddler, but I remember how giant that car was. Although she went from the LTD to a Chevy Cavalier station wagon. That was a pretty significant size reduction.
Yep, nothing like that could ever happen...
When we were racing Street Stocks, my father figured that if we won every race and never crashed or broke anything we would break even. And that’s just weekly expenses like fuel, tires and pit entry fees. That doesn’t even touch the cost to build the car.
I swear there was one in the mid pack that had the old Geoff Bodine Levi Garrett paint scheme.
*Sigh*
I agree. With the white paint and all black plastic front end, I initially thought it had no front end at all and it was just the front radiator assembly hanging out there with a couple small headlights screwed on.
When I was about 6 years old, I was in love with these. My parents took me to the Camaro plant in Van Nuys, CA. I was actually too young to go on the tour, but the guy at the plant basically coached me into lying about my age so I could go. The only thing I really remember is that they were assembled as three Camaros…
Nissan has a really pretty blue that I’ve always been attracted to, but I usually only see it on the woeful Versa. But it came on the Frontier too.
When I bought my 2007 3-Series Coupe I said, ‘I want a manual and I don’t want white, black or silver.’ The salesman said, ‘Oh, we’re going to have to order that.’
Soon it will just be a giant R on the front door, A on the rear door and M on the bed side. Backlit with strobing lights.
Mechanical jaws you say? I think you just designed the new party piece for the next generation Raptor.
That Chevy is still my favorite design. I think it holds up well even today.
I’m trying to understand that first photo where the car is pointing at the San Francisco skyline. The angle the car is facing and proximity to the city, my only conclusion is that they launched it off the Richmond/San Rafael bridge into the bay. It is a double-decker bridge with the northbound lanes on the top. With a…
It has been my experience that most people that join a nudist group are not people that you would actually want to see nude.
I’m starting to realize this problem with my ‘17 Tacoma. The mirror is both large and positioned low enough to see out the back window. I’m a taller person and it pretty much takes up a good 15% of my vision out of the windshield. I find myself ducking to look under the mirror. And the seats do not move down enough to…
I, too, am kind of taken back by the surliness of some of the ads. Yeah, you just angrily screamed at your potential customers right out of the gate. I totally want to meet you in person and try to negotiate a transaction in a Walmart parking lot.
How about “Paid $25,000 for it 15 years ago.” Well, good for you. That doesn’t make it worth $24,500 today.
I’ve never understood this. If you are selling a 1990 Lumina and I’m searching for 2010 M5, what are the chances I’m going to be thankful that your ad popped up in my search? “Well, I wanted a $30,000 performance German car, but now that I think about it, an $800 GM POS would be close alternative.”
