I’ll raise you the ‘91 Reds.

It’s like I commented somewhere else last week: La Liga is four good teams, maybe another decent one, then fifteen clones of Tacoma Defiance.

Except Carson wasn't even that good at what he did. They made him a professor because the malpractice suits were getting too expensive.

You apparently have never been introduced to SEC reffing... it's like every time a Pac-12 ref steps in it, an SEC counterpart says "hold my beer and watch this!" I can't blame fans from either conference for being completely smashed five minutes into a game.

Yeah, I can see having to deal with some bitter fans when their team is getting the doors blown off them being sketchy. I always carried an extra set of drumsticks on me just in case of emergencies like that.

I realize that there's no difference between Pac-12 and SEC refs, but is there a particular reason Old Miss used Pac-12 refs for a home game?

What do you expect from an organization run by University presidents, who routinely make decisions that are so utterly stupid you wonder how they got their high school diplomas?

Other than some drunk Montana State fans trying to talk crap, and some Georgia Southern fans trying to put the goalpost in front of us (they did stop when we told them if they damaged the instruments, we’d take it out of their flesh), I’ve never really had any opposing fans try anything. Of course I was a drummer, so

If he was leading the investigation, the whole city of Ames would have outed the people who did that out of fear lol

My question is: where are the drummers in all this? If someone did this to a bandmate when I was marching, they’d be spitting out splinters from getting a drumstick shoved up their poop chute.

LOL I was just thinking that he was probably screaming at a Cal fan who just wanted to see where his tax dollars are going....

Absolutely. England does have a bit more parity in it (see: Norwich beating Man City, my Newcastle United beating Tottenham and Man City while constantly battling relegation thanks to England’s answer to Mike Brown), other than that, outside of that top tier, it’s usually a crapfest.

It gets overlooked, but Marv WANTED to leave before the 2011 season, but literally NO ONE wanted to deal with Mike’s bs, so he pretty much had to beg Lewis to come back.

I would honestly consider that the case, source taken, except Coughlin’s “old school” (aka thinks concussion protocol should still be smelling salts, and back into the game) attitude has made him step in it way too many times to ignore that he’s not above running out players they need to be a decent team.

This is also known as pulling a Cassity. Though we do miss the fun of seeing him escorted from the stadium by the cops mid-game....

Well, that’s because after roughly the 5th-best team in La Liga, they all start looking like clones of Tacoma Defiance....

Because socialists care so much about business world garbage, right? *SMDH*

I think people also looked at his post-Heisman year how he struggled a bit, without realizing that was Year 1 of Petrino thinking he doesn’t have to recruit receivers or an O-Line. Then we saw how Louisville cratered, and how Lamar did in Baltimore, then people realized Lamar had nothing to do with UofL being mediocre

Yep, keep trying to compare apples to Ferraris to attempt to justify you being too freaking lazy to do a five second search before you comment on something you are absolutely clueless about.

And cue the charlatan “Christian” blowhards. All I need to know is he’s a homophobic loudmouth who espouses the greedy knockoff of Christianity that craps all over the teachings of Jesus towards the pursuit of power. That makes him a douchebag, plain and simple.
