I guess there is no reason for descent since it will happen either way. I don't think the majority of useful conversations on LH are more than a few replies due to our eclectic nature. This style is built for large conversations IMO, not countless two comment mini conversations.

I can't seem to find an NBC sports stream on places like FirstRowSports, but you can get some other announcers at places like here [sports-livez.com] (I was checking today and this is the same feed quality I found at a bunch of other places). I just gave up cable and am super annoyed about missing it. If anyone finds

not sure if i was clear, but i meant on the moto. i had to go out for lunch yesterday and being in stop and go traffic in the noon-day sun on a motorcycle surrounded by concrete was a bit warm. the black helmet and jacket probably don't help either.

I have had the same experience here in Charleston, SC. This morning it was perfect (low 70s, still humid of course). I will say though, driving around in traffic mid-day can be hell. We still have a nice on shore breeze keeping us cool though.

HDD opinions please

Do the those new fangled bluray players have a way deal with it? Also, I will comb through the bible of my pioneer VSX-1021 and see what's there.

I have 4 fences which take up my whole second monitor. They are more GTD-ish, 'Incoming', 'Current', 'Archive Queue', and 'Misc'. I simply drag things between them as I am working.

Since I use Mac at home and on travel, mind if I ask what your alternative workflow entails?

I love using Fences for this, so that I essentially have a quasi-GTD system overlayed on whatever wallpaper my mood requires. [www.stardock.com] Of course the creations above are great, and having the psd files makes them incredibly useful (and applicable on a Mac or other place where Fences doesn't work).

So, in the interest of still having a life and lower power bill, how do you feel about a Synology NAS, which can do all of these things (the crashplan support via third-party ARM package)? I am all about tinkering, but some of these solutions are pretty amazing.

If I need a lot, I go with this. You can control the consistency better, and do large volumes if need be.

It's lame, but I am most excited about AirPlay speakers through any program. I have been holding off on Airfoil simply because it is now included. Now I can pump games, movies, etc. through my stereo while I am on the couch (or wherever).

I moved to Sprint a couple years ago and although I only use ~100 anytime minutes, on average I use 500 mobile to mobile minutes (free for them). So does anyone know if any of the pre-paid carriers count mobile to mobile as free (specifically Virgin which I can't seem to get an answer from)?

I am a big fan of 1Password, but I am sure LastPass is solid (recommended because its free?).

That's my favorite also:

My motorola also didn't have wireless or cost that much, but I get great speeds and good up time. I have heard it rumored using your own can even get you better speeds than the one you rent.

First off, thanks for the post LH and Mr. Pavlus.

Despite the much older term, Hipster was definitely well known by 2003, [www.amazon.com]
