As an added, amazing bonus, PenFed doesn't have foreign transaction fees (at least on the super basic card I have of theirs). When traveling abroad, I carry two pieces of plastic: PenFed credit card and Charles Schwab debit card. Both don't have fees, including foreign transaction fees.
