A-fucking-men. This whole year has been a semi-nightmare of dealing with clueless people in the road. Day or night. Gangs of teenagers cycling across the whole width of the road without lights. People with pets in the middle of the road. Walkers and runners in bike lanes. Cyclists with headphones in that can’t hear a

Owning a car like this means having your own zip code.  It’s that big.

Proportionally-challenged, ugly as fuck douchebag mobile.

Every time I drive an automatic it does nothing but convince me to stick with a manual. It’s likely that when I move to a non-manual daily driver it will also be when I move to electric.

Considered it briefly.  I’m not a fan of VW’s.  My dad had a MK7 Golf for a couple years and tried to convince me that VW quality isn’t as bad as it used to be but I’m not biting.

Late to the game...  If you were me 16 years ago you would buy a 1978 Lancia Beta Coupe for $1200.

No manual on the turbo.  No sale.

I had an accident that totaled my 2019 Veloster R-Spec recently. (Emergency travel, middle of the night, etc...) I needed new wheels in a hurry. Of course, all the usual options for a small sporty car with a manual trans and the ability to transport a bike inside were in short or non-existent supply. (There were only

Use the same strategy as the Civic Si to hide the ugly. Buy it in black...

I would like a job where I get to find old photos and fabricate a story about the contents of that image.  I would like that job very much indeed.

I’m looking forward to the crash investigation results.  For everything that went right and helped save his life, there appeared to be things that went badly wrong.  Why did the car shatter behind the driver like that?  Why so much fire? (I’m assuming the two are related).  Why did the barrier come apart?  Why did the

I just watched a video that showed the incident from the helicopter. (And every other point of view) I didn’t realize until today how long he was in the car while it was on fire. It was close to 30 seconds before he got out. It’s beyond belief that he was in the car that long and still managed to get out on his own.

Technically this is not a concept. Not in the traditional sense. It’s the production Fiero GT for 1990 before they decided to kill it.

The 2013 Porsche 904 Living Legend is pretty sweet!! Some others I would like to have seen make it to productions:

Nothing.  It mostly sits in the garage.

Me too. The major impediment to consideration for purchase is a manual gearbox drivetrain, not looks.

I’m thinking passing a hat around to collect some cash for a “birthday present” for Mr. Emanuel would have been appropriate.  He can refuse help, but not a birthday gift.  :-)

I think he meant give the man some money.  A birthday gift!!
