Electric? Pffft. They already made a prototype of what I want:

I was talking in general, not specifically Tesla.  Tesla is a little more hell bent than the rest but they all want to get things going.

I do 3500- 4000 miles a year. New bikes require almost nothing except whatever customizing you want to do, in the first few years. Keep it clean, lube the chain and make sure everything is adjusted and tight. Replace tires and chain every couple of years. If anything breaks I fix it but so far nothing’s gone wrong

Yeah... I’m at a place where there’s things I like to do myself and there’s things I’m no longer interested in dealing with.  I like riding my bikes, not working on them.  Cars are different.
