I drive 10mph over or more - on the highway. The smaller the road, the lower the speed limit and the more densely populated the area means I gradually lower the amount I will go over. In residential areas it’s rarely more than a couple mph. In an active school zone? I’m probably below the limit. Whereupon I am honked…
