No, it doesn’t. The employer should warn (publicly, if appropriate) the employee rather than summarily fire the person. I don’t like how quick employers are to fire people nowadays.   People can learn from their mistakes.

My dog is the same way. We take walks super early to avoid people with dogs (he’s fine with people) but anytime he sees another dog, he goes crazy. He’s very fearful and comes across as a scary dog. I’m working on calming him down - some days it works, others not so much. Any tips?

I really don’t understand why a DNA test was refused. They aren’t difficult to do and if there is an expense involved, I’m sure the defense will foot the bill. No reason at all to deny.  Especially in a death penalty case!  I don’t know, I’m not feeling too optimistic about our society these days.
