I like the relationship with Debbie who is challenging Holen’s notions about himself and women. She’s presenting new ideas and exposing him to different aspects of American culture. I doubt he would have seen Dog Day Afternoon if not for her. I also like how she encourages sexual experimentation.

I’m giving the show a pass on aging the actors. I think they made an effort but once Claire dyed her hair, Jamie and Claire are going to look exactly as they did last season. No biggie for me; I don’t need to see Claire going about the 18th century with gray roots.

I have a soft spot for “You Got Lucky.” One of the first videos I saw on MTV. They played it a lot and I loved the Road Warrior feeling of it. Hard to pick a favorite song really- the guy cranked out a lot of fantastic music.
