I give it an F-

BRAN: Dames, who needs ‘em? But you and me, pal, we get each other. Just two bros, hangin’ out, shootin’ the shit, doin’ man stuff. Like, um... um... scratchin’ our balls and... sports? And? ...er... my omniscience power is leaving me hanging here...

It was definitely the best episode of the season. (Almost) None of the magical teleporting or pacing issues, and loads of character development. Couple of genuinely shocking moments as well. I really thought Jaime was going to get Mountain-ed.

I’m really questioning why the dragons couldn’t just like... only burn down the Red Keep with Cersei inside and spare the rest of King’s Landing

well it got jaime to head up to the wall i guess

And Cersei wasn’t going to follow through on her promise anyway so the whole endeavor was actually pointless, but it did get some good scenes with characters who never interacted before which is what Benioff and Weiss were after. But still.

I don’t know how to feel about the fact that Jon’s stupid decision didn’t have any consequences. Jon was being a serious fuckwit. Takes a lot of Euro to feed 7-8 kids, vs 1-2. It isn’t racist at all. Large-family size is a pretty common

Why back in my day my Dad sat me down and said “[Supernova] you’re a big girl now I can’t fight all your battles for you anymore. You are going to have to fight the serial killers off on your own. Take this pocket knife and if you aren’t home for dinner then it’s just the way it’s supposed to be and we’ll miss you.”

Hey, how can children be trusted in the real world if they don’t have vital life experience like having to fight off a serial killer.
