While I’m glad the conflict didn’t intensify, I have total contempt for him for ordering the strike then calling it off after it started, then vomiting a couple of his two-part tweet-lies the morning after. Leading up to it he was so statesmanlike. I thought the media had accidentally quoted Winston Churchill there…

MSNBC interviewed  some of the base in Pennsylvania, and they’re still all in. I hope that’s not truly representative of the electorate at large, but absolutely no matter what he does, some minds will not be changed. I only hope polling that projects him getting trounced is accurate.
