Steam Link doesn’t have gigabit ethernet. Only 100mbps. wifi latency is trash for game streaming its only playable over ethernet. Speed isn’t an issue.

Can’t blame steam that much. Bugs happen and they probably receive hundreds of service requests from devs each day they can’t afford to employ hundreds of.reps without it costing the consumer or devs.

All you have to do to move games to new drives is create new steam library on that drive. Move the game folder from steamapps 1st drive to steamapps 2nd drive. Uninstall the game then reinstall and select the new steam library folder. Steam will discover the existing files.
