I subscribe to the idea that sports video games have their own sort of "uncanny valley," where the more realistic the games become, the more they actually take you out of the game, to the point where they become increasingly less fun to play.

On a somewhat related note, I would be quite interested in seeing a game made in the shaded black-and-white style shown in the demo reel, where color is slowly introduced (or removed) from the world by some game mechanic over the course of the story arc.
I wasn't saying that they are shopped, I was saying that I would like to see them shopped to remove the 747 and make it look like the Space Shuttle was flying on its own.
I highly recommend Textra by Delicious inc. It's fairly simple so it doesn't have all the advanced customization options that some of the others do, but its super clean and super light.
