That's a really good point! I never watched any early episodes. My parents didn't watch it when it first came on (and they controlled the remote), and then when I went away to college, I didn't watch anything at all, let alone a show I'd never seen before.

My grandma was the same way. She kept watching it and having nightmares and complaining about how disturbing it was. But she and my grandpa both will watch stuff just because it is on, so I had to find them a new Wednesday show before they'd stop.

I don't usually judge shows for being demented because I, quite frankly, do watch a lot of warped stuff that never bothers me. However, every Criminal Minds episode I watched just seemed to be trying so hard to be over - the - top shocking and disturbing that I was really turned off by it.

I've always been a little weirded out about romances between costars too. I mean, I get the attraction. I've been attracted to people I worked with too, but I just didn't want to deal with the awkward fallout when it didn't work out and we still worked together.
