There are a couple of glaring points that the defense makes that point towards planted evidence. One is the key to the victim’s SUV. It was found in a highly suspicious manner in Avery’s bedroom. As a native Texan, I used to hold Blue Bell as a sacred institution. I’m sorry to say they are dead to me now. The company has sadly lost it’s way. Having the option to get either, I now go with the HEB brand. They knew about this for a long time.
