After experiencing all that, I just don't have the energy to listen to everyone and their mother complaining about how it could have been better. Goodnight y’all - hope everyone at least walked away with a moment they will cherish

I’m hoping it’s in Jamie’s face, although I’ll also accept Meryn Trant or Tyrion. That would reaaaally fuck Cersei up.
Bran gave Arya the tools she needed to destroy the Night King; without him, she wouldn’t have had the opportunity (live bait in the Godswood) or the weapon (the catspaw’s dagger). He’s a dick, but without him, nobody would have survived.
STOP PUTTING AVENGERS SPOILERS IN GoT THREADS. You’ve done this twice here, which means you’re probably actively trying to be an asshole.
Arya is clearly Batman, but she wouldn’t necessarily make a good ruler. Her sister however...
Can we posthumously knight Lyanna Mormont? That was so badass. And heartbreaking.
Wow. Fuckin’ Arya is the Azor Azai, the one who was promised, the one who was to be protected and delivered to the Night King and kill him by the Lord of Light. That’s fucking huge. I don’t think anybody had her in the pool. It makes total sense in hindsight, while everyone else has been off playing kindgoms, Arya has…
All of Jon’s battle plans are “everyone run and fight and eventually someone will show up and save us.”
same way she snuck past the ones when she was running through the halls? shes sneaky af! the godswood is surrounded by walls too. she could have found a perch and assassin’s creed style lept from one when she saw her moment.
Well, they showed earlier in the episode that she can sneak around ones actively hunting for her. I guess it was easier for her to sneak past ones that were just standing around waiting for orders?
She was incredibly old, kept young by her faith in the Lord of Light’s magic/power necklace. She knew her purpose was to play a part in the battle against the Night King. Once the Night King was defeated, her purpose was done, as was she.
The lord of light kept her alive for a purpose. She fulfilled that purpose.
Seemed like a classic Jon Snow battle plan to me...
Also, if you are posting Avengers spoilers in the comments for this, you are a real dick.
I feel like the Showwriters have had zero idea on what to do with the night king since they lost the books, and this was a very cheap way to use the undead threat to pretty much just prune Dany and Jon’s army down to size to make the war with Cersi fair.
“He wants to erase this world, and I am its memory,” Bran says of the Night King. “He’ll come for me. He’s tried before, with many Three-Eyed Ravens.”
1) Arya Stark is the baddest bitch who has ever or will ever live.
Bran was the bait for the nightking. Without him there Arya wouldn’t have had a chance to kill him.
Weekend started with Endgame, ended with the Battle of Winterfell. wow quite an epic media weekend
that episode was fucking stressful
