Of course I have and will continue to make diet changes with the hope that it may prevent a recurrence, but I'm not willing to make drastic changes. But damn, here in the US, they do make it difficult to consume blatantly safe animal products.

Antibiotics aside, how are hormones used with dairy and non-dairy cows? I haven't done extensive research yet, but I think my best bet is to only eat certified organic dairy and meat because I'm very afraid of ingesting any estrogen or estrogen derivative due to my hormone positive cancer.
