That does make sense to me! I wouldn't personally want to spend time with her (then again I don't actually LIKE anyone on this show). Really my only objection was to people calling her a slur, which is an extreme overreaction, and elsewhere in this post literally wishing for her death.

Oh agreed on that: I don't think Luisa is GOOD either. But people calling her a sexist slur seems really extreme considering the circumstances she's in.

But I mean, in her experience this woman has done nothing but shake up her life in bad ways. It's entirely possible her sympathy has worn out at this point. You can only have so much understanding when someone is doing damage to you, even if they have a legitimately sad story.

I'm sorry, is she supposed to be totally cool about her husband's ex who has screwed them over multiple times and who he has cheated on her with at least once already?

Cole and Alison, respectively. It's the actor's names.

The article didn't say it was going to mention EVERY show that had done this. The list would go on for pages if it did.

Plenty of women too, sadly. I mean any story about date rape or rape that happens in relationships will get a fair amount of people saying "that's not rape". I think plenty of people still believe that rape is what happens when a stranger jumps out at you in a dark alley.

That is very true! Thanks for the reassurance! It helps.

That's a damn good secret!

It's so frustrating, especially since it's certainly something that could be useful for some people. But he suggests it for WAY too many problems.

Maybe I'm reading far too much into things, but I also uncomfortably found Toby having a heart attack a way to punish him. I mean, he's a fat guy who dared to not be interested in losing weight, right?

I sure hope so!

This puts my opinion of "shut the fuck up about pot and stop suggesting non monogamy to people who don't want it, Dan!" much more diplomatically.

I wish that for you too! Might I suggest meditation?

Well, there were those studies that found men wouldn't admit to rape if you said rape but would happily admit to/say they would "force someone to have sex against their will"

You didn't read the article, did you?

Jesus. That's disgusting.

Anyone who seriously says virtue signaling is a piece of shit.

Oh god. What did I miss about Besson?

This is a really insightful point! Thank you for sharing it. I actually hadn't thought about it before and it's very true.
