I was thinking that he bears a decent resemblance, but he doesn’t look as distinctive as his dad. It’s like Goldie’s genes softened him up just enough to look very generic white guy.

I’m not sure it’s a sin of the movie. They were squeezing in the entire comic book arc into a not very long film. I’m sure there were lots of decisions about what side stuff to include and exclude. Plus you say the last volume came out a month before the movie, so yeah, maybe not everything was previewed to the movie…

He was a slacker that got everything he wanted introduced to a “slacker generation”.  Honestly I liked the movie’s quirkiness and I hadn’t heard of the comic before I saw it. 

I like the interior. Practical buttons so you don’t have to sift through menus to get to climate controls and then back to whatever. Hopefully same for entertainment. Then a screen for apps/nav. Not super into the exterior, but it’s not bad. I’d want the Type S then trade someone for smaller wheels to get my range…

Call Me Maybe is so summertime because it’s an earworm, upbeat, happy sounding song. It’s perfect for summer fun. I’ve never like Summertime. A lot of the other songs were hits, but a bit more of a downer (just like Roxette’s song).

I’m a little disappointed that I missed Top Gun Maverick in theaters. I’m glad I caught Spiderman. But you’re right about 80% of movies. There’s no real reason beyond my liking theater popcorn better than microwave popcorn. Except that I tap out at a children’s size in the theater.

Cool! I have a lot of Hawaiian shirts from the month I lived in Hawaii and our work unofficial dress code was Aloha shirts with slacks and dress shoes.

The worst part will be when she has to pay some type of alimony because he’s a personal-trainer-turned-actor.

Summer Snips is a tad much for me, but better than most of what they usually offer. I guess it’s hard to be subtly nerdy.

They have to go through the humiliation of being called Space Force. At least let them have the patch (which is kinda cool).

My nephew was turning 5 (or 6 or 7, those ages all look the same to me). One of the little girls from his school was parked next to the chip bowl and just methodically eating chip after chip. My sister had prepared a bunch of food from a quiche with gluten free crust (their good friend has legit celiac) and all types…

But...there is one. I order it all the time. I used to have to make a substitution, but now it’s just on the menu like that.

If you take both Park and Hollywood’s interpretations and mash them together you probably get to the truth. So if Barbie was just a movie that didn’t tie in to the toy franchise, probably would have done well, but not like it has. You take the original Amy Schumer Barbie movie, and most likely would’ve flopped.

That old saying about living long enough that you become a villain has now accelerated to warp speed in the age of social media. Which can be a good or bad thing.

So Infinity Ward tried to make the game more “realistic” thereby making it harder overall. And “hardcore” gamers with their multiple or wide monitors, 3D sound/headphones, etc...) can’t take the increased difficulty? Sounds about right.
