How can you ‘get back into it’ if you aren’t allowed to unlap yourself? Hope and pray for a safety car?

The new Vette is going to eat a lot of lunches in this price range. I would be very nervous if I was making a sports car anywhere around $60k.

No shit Sherlock. The Prius and Insight changed the game. The Model 3 did not. The Leaf, Bolt, Volt, i3, Focus Electric, Spark EV etc etc etc were all affordable electric cars before the Model 3.

I just set a timer on my phone for 2,3 5 however many minutes my daughter has negotiated with her. She learned very quickly to drop what she’s doing as soon as she hears the alarm. It works great.

I would reposition the intakes or put some kind of roof scoop over them. That area where they are now is basically a stall spot and gets very little fresh moving air while driving.

She’s not completely wrong. WWI was so terrible and costly and brutal that a lot of people lost their taste for war. When WWII reared its head, people did not want to get back into a long protracted brutal/costly war again and that’s when the concept of total war was adopted. The cost to repair is astronomical. Tesla vehicles can only be repaired at certified facilities, they will not sell parts to any one who isn’t. Those certified shops are not allowed to use aftermarket parts.

I feel like anyone who unironically uses basic and wants a car to make them less basic, the type of car they buy won’t help. If you buy an old quirky car just to not be basic is a super basic move.
