This whole, “Marvel would never make Deadpool or Logan” hot take movement is silly. Marvel isn’t dumb. If they believe a new take on a superhero will work, they’ll go that direction.

“Funny?”

True. After this episode, the only 2 characters I cared about were Desmond and Penny. Once they got together at the end of season 4, I quit watching the show and have not seen a minute of the show since. I consider the show over at that point and everything after that to basically be worthless fan-fiction by the

NEVER

Dude with the sword ain’t backing down from nobody.

If something is worthless, then why is it $1? And if it’s $1, then how can it be worthless?

Yoda demonstrated Force ghost physicality when he bonked Luke on the head. In fact, I’m pretty sure that happened to establish that so that when Luke would do it later, it was more acceptable.

I remember when ESB came out and the revelation of Luke’s father was received the same way. A lot of people seriously thought Vader was lying.

INECK CHOCK!

He “gets the girl” in the last 5 minutes of the book, then the story ends. It’s equally likely they break up in 2 week just like all of our awkward, first relationships. So maybe he didn’t get the girl after all. There. Hope that makes it easier for you to deal.

it certainly lives up to its name

this isn’t the worst idea, I guess

Hi, Emily.

The entire Marvel story arc has been a search for Squirrel Girl.

The theatrical release was pretty decent. I’d put it on par with Avengers 2. It would have benefited from setting up some of the other heroes before this movie, but you make the best movie you can given the situation.

Olaf’s Frozen Adventure certainly stretched the definition of a “short.” But it was still nice (but man, those sisters have really lonely lives). And yes, Coco was really good. I thought it did a great job of making aspects of Mexican culture accessible to Anglo-Americans.

Where’s her interview with Horse and Hound?

This comment isn’t very persuasive. Surely someone with creativity or imagination could have listed at least one reason to watch the parade.
