To be fair, most artists do not attain fame and fortune male or female. Being a professional artist and expecting a wonderful life of fulfilled expectations is like being ameteur actor or football aspiree. It’s not likely to happen, male or female.

Seems a bit edgy and sexist. Why does the female point of view amount to wanting to kill males?

Art success is largely dependent on popularity. I don’t know why people think women artists are successful. I’d like to hear actual well thought out reasons because I don’t personally understand it. Modern art lacks successful artists in general. Modern artists aren’t household names anymore (male or female).
