Considering there are hardly no games like this in the genre, I would say that it looks quite unique. I’ve never seen a creature like that. I’ve never seen a boy like that. I’ve never seen an environment like that in a video game. It looks very unique to me. Maybe you play too many video games, and have become jaded…

If Trico or the boy dies at the end, I will not buy this game. Yes, I am planning on spoiling the ending. I don’t need to be wowed or surprised. I just don’t want to spend all this time playing a fun game only to end in tragedy. If they die, no buy! :)

It looks amazing! Maybe it’s because I am pretty easy to please. You can’t look at a game like this and say it looks dated. Dated to what? What have we had that looks like this?

Oh, the review was more of an after thought. I played the game without reading reviews for 90 minutes, then promptly refunded it because while I tried, I was left just feeling like, “so what?” after I played.

That trailer almost won me over. If I can use Japanese voice overs so I don't have to listen to all these whiny botches in English, I might give it a go once it's in sale. No way in fuck am I paying $60 for a movie.

I thought the same thing. Does the U.S. version ship with the option to use Jaoanese voice overs with subs? I might consider playing it if that was the case. If not, there is no way in hell I am going to sit through all that shitty American voice acting.

The terrible dialogue overrode the nostalgia for that song. It tugged at my heart strings, too, but then I realized it was for the song and not the game.

Im in exactly the same boat. I used to swear by anime as the best animation of all time. Now, I just find it downright annoying. It’s funny how we age away from some of this stuff.

But, I definitely see the difference in texture, detail, etc. Of course, in videos it’s even more stark, with the way models move, dynamic lighting...all this stuff that the PS3 is physically incapable of producing.
