Final Fantasy 7 did not have 100+ hours of story! My first play through was 30 hours, trying to get all the materia maxed and such. My second, more concise play through was 8 hours. The story is short. The over stretched gameplay can potentially be long. But, considering a speedrun of the game is only 2 hours...
