I continue to really like the straightforward plotting and storytelling this season, and it being so heavily character-driven. I think it was exactly the new direction the show needed after the over the top excesses and twistiness of the Moffat years (as much as I loved much of that).

I suspect you are referring to the time when he was asked to return as Prof. Impossible on THE VENTURE BROS, but the creators got a message from his management that said: “He has no interest in participating in your project”.

I won’t spoil Frank’s character arc but they really do their best to make him seem like he’s going to be twirling his moustache and monologuing his world domination plans by Act 3, don’t they?

Was that comment music? Man I just love those sweet tunes.

The smarmy attitude with the legal aide at the end, the manic eyes, the evil grin– it all came out like a snap. (Slowly, and then all at once, huh?) Poor Kim Wexler.

INVADERS is the first thing to be announced. I’ve got two more Marvel books coming up as well. I’ll miss 2-in-1, but I just didn’t think a secondary FF book made a lot of sense!
