Still doesn’t help much if it’s dark outside and the deer darts out from behind an Autobell and you get it straight between the headlights, like what happened to me last November. I hadn’t even made a payment on that car yet, ffs. Me and my husband both have deer whistles installed on our vehicles now, in hopes that

Virtual hugs to you as well. I had a bad bad day all around, since my period came on and that means another round of fertility drugs and monitoring. I was really hoping, cause I was late, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be. Maybe it’s better not not have such a good thing as a pregnancy be tainted by how I feel right

I’ve been crying all morning. I have to be to work at 2, and I am trying to pull myself together.

The only thing I have to say is that I’m pretty sure they bought those cases at a Michaels.

I’ve been having the same. Lots of achey fatigue, and dizziness esp.in the afternoon.

I have a short luteal phase, so I’m trying to wait till tomorrow since that will be the longest I’ve ever been late. I tested Monday and got a negative. I hate testing to see a negative. I might just call the doc and have a blood test run.

Pat needs to GO.

The photo is of me, but it’s from 2013. I wore most all of the outfit when I went to the polls. I had a different blouse, because that one is hooooooot and I knew I was going to be standing in line. We tend to have lines for early voting here on big elections, esp. at the beginning and end of early voting.

Good point. I forgot about that.

The hours this year were pretty horrid, and I know lots of counties only had one early voting polling place, and the hours were so crap that I’m sure it discouraged voters. Also, a lot of areas had no early voting on Sundays at all. I am lucky to live in a metro area where there was more, if still decreased, early

Awwww yeaaaaaaah. It’s movie-watching, doctor who scarf crocheting time!

Ooo, I like sarcasm! I also have a low tolerance for bs. I shall check it out. Thank you!

The paper I was passing out in the picture was voting information for the midterms in 2014, and also historical information about women and the vote. My husband made them up for me and I had a blast passing them out several times. I need an updated pamphlet, tho.

This makes me even more glad the voter id laws were declared unconstitutional in NC. Here’s hoping it will happen where you live! I had to use my id to vote in the primary but not in the general. Progress!

People will come up to me and start singing that song when I’m out in the suffragette outfit. The funny thing is that I was basing mine off the movie Iron Jawed Angels, where Hillary Swank played Alice Paul, instead of the Mary Poppins English suffragette. (clues can be found in my sign, and in the colors of the sash.

I’ve flirted with forums before, but not seriously. I’ve been a little intimidated by it.

My husband and I early voted in Raleigh, NC. The line on the first Sunday of early voting was 2 hours on average. A good chunk of that was due to the fact that we had less early voting sites overall, and most of them didn’t open until a week or two later. There’s been a lot of voter suppression and disenfranchisement

I’m trying to wait patiently. It’s hard, esp. since we’ve been trying for so long, and we aren’t young. I’m proud of myself for finally going to the fertility doc, even knowing the cost, and the needles. I have a severe needle phobia that I’ve been working on with valium and what amounts to exposure therapy. I

I’ve heard about that uke version. It hits my feels too!

My husband thinks I’ve already got supernose. I’ve been smelling the cat litter box and he’s all No It Smells Fine, but I swear I can freaking taste it, it’s so strong. And yesterday I smelled bad coffee at Sweet Tomatoes, but neither me nor my mom could see anyone drinking coffee close by. I tested yesterday, but it
