Yep! And flannel can feel pretty cool if done right. Also, I get cold really easily, esp. from air conditioning. My husband runs hot, so this gives me the best of both worlds. Also, breakfast foods.

I spent Saturday evening making myself a breakfast food flannel nightgown for no other reason than I could. The Rat Husband read to me while I sewed. It was a pretty good night. Also... that half of the studio is REALLY messy. : / I've only cleaned the half that was drowning in fabric scraps. And patterns. I've got

Ohhhhhh. Heh. Well, I've been working a lot, and have started physical therapy and been busy trying to have a kid, and it's been occupying a LOT of headspace. Me and the rat husband just got back from Atlanta and one of our favorite conventions, so yay vacation! IOH, and we rescued two new ratties! But I really need

I work for Michaels and I am giggling SO HARD about the Godless F**K Palace with Yarn bit. I WANT THAT ON A SHIRT. Conveniently enough, I work at the heathen store, and can buy said shirt on sale with a bonus 30% employee discount. IT'S SCREENPRINTIN' TIME.

Holy shit, the music is Max Raabe! I LOVE Max Raabe. Not sure about the rest of it... Why a bib and onesie costume in a program skated to Max Raabe covering Brittany Spears? So WEIRD.

Oooh, story time.

I CAN'T drink soda because of caramel coloring. I'm allergic to that shit. The only soda I can drink that I've found so far is Virgil's Root Beer, which is caramelized sugar as opposed to HFCS and caramel coloring. I'm also allergic to red 40 and citrus, so I can't drink any other sodas either.

Me and the Rat Husband have been playing Dragon Age: Origins, which we got on a Christmas Day Steam sale. I'm playing as a female City Elf, otherwise known as Racist Misogany: The Game! Still I'm having a decent time playing, though I've decided I hate Redcliff. Didn't realize I hadn't put any points in Coercion until

AND the cats? As in, the cats have footie pajamas as well? Are there pictures? This sounds like something I need to see!

Okay, I'm obviously not awake enough to properly read yet, because I read that as "US Canadians" instead of "us Canadians" and was confused for a few minutes. I was all "American Canadians? huh? And if they are American Canadians, why can't they see the video? Wouldn't it work? OH. Oh wait. Us as in a collective

I actually LOVE this dress. It's very anachronistic, which is probably why I like it so much. The sleeves are the best, but she really needs her hair up in some elaborate style. Might as well go all the way and add a veil and wimple, or even one of those horned headdresses.

I've made all of mine, some from patterns I made, and the first one was a 3xl pair of pajama pants I found in a thrift store that I darted in severely at the waist and installed new elastic, and put this crazy lace on the legs that I found in an antiques mall that HAS NO SEAMS. I still don't understand how that ever

OOooooo really? I've been wondering about stuff like that. I know they make some sort of biker's gel that does it, but I've never bothered to find out more. I will have to try some when it gets warmer and I have a spot of extra cash. Thank you!

I wear pantaloons and bloomers, but I tend to wear them over my regular cotton underwear when I wear skirts, because I have major thigh rub and they stop it DEAD. I hate spanx. Give me a floofy skirt and a set of lace-edged pantaloons any day of the week.

I always love to look at all the footprints in the sand when I go to the beach and see what I find. I... wouldn 't know lamb footprints. That one would throw me.

Shaving For Women

When I met my husband he was sleeping in a friend's closet. I was big for a closet, but very strangely shaped. It was a loft apartment, and the closet was shoved against the slanted roof, so he couldn't stand up or anything.

I have a Harry Potter and a Sherlock set I got at Dragon*con in the Art Room two years ago. I've not cut them out yet, though I keep meaning to. The Sherlock one includes a set, and the Harry Potter one has nearly every character you can think of.

I merely made a statement that was reliant on my own observations of my own cats as I was reacting to a video, and you decided it needed to be an issue. Balls to you, good sir or madam. I'm off to bed, and you can go argue with someone else. Because I have noticed you've replied to me JUST AS MUCH. It's obviously more
