also, it would separate her from Kara, which is just not ok

(spoiler-ish discussion)

lol as a POI lover who’s been afraid of Caviezel retroactively souring the series for a while, have you considered skipping most of the first season?

He did an ad against embryonic stem-cell research in 2006- he’s been fanatical for a long time.

That is exactly the problem- both of them disappear for half the season! They don’t get nearly the development, either with Dex or on their own, that Grey, Miles, and Ansel all get. They have less screen time than Tookie, and while he’s great he’s obviously a supporting character rather than a focus.

I don’t think it’s a real prestige-y show either, or needed to be. they just got super boring about what relationships they allowed to develop.

uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh

This really blows. When they announced Stumptown, with Cobie Smulders set to star as a screwed-up hardboiled bi detective, I was hyped, and stayed hyped through the first few episodes. They had some pretty good action sets, the relationship with the brother gave the show a solid heart, and Smulders was every bit as

drives me a little nuts. Beck’s Pence impression is as good as the guest star ones; the Don Jr and Eric duo is probably better. and yet, Baldwin comes back to make his mouth look like a butthole every week.

I would mind it less if they only felt obligated to use him, say, half as often.

fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

5 years ago having Alec Baldwin on for a full term sounded fine. Now they’re stuck with phoned-in garbage for every cold open he appears in.

...have they considered that Biden might win? you’d think after bringing on Baldwin and getting stuck with him for 4 years they’d be a little more cautious about this shit.

+1 Person of Interest

:(

They didn’t originally. The first book sold a normal-not-crazy first run when nobody knew who Robert Galbraith was, then people dug around (to the extent that somebody associated with one of her law firms was sued for leaking) and found out who the writer was and the books did Rowling sales after.

jesus christ. a real fuck-you to anybody who was trying to separate the art from the very transphobic artist.

yeah, you can’t necessarily 10x the size and 10x the mix length

ooh, Mullally as Flora is really interesting. going to have to shake the Tammy II/Karen Walker vibes
