oh of course it’s worse!
oh of course it’s worse!
ah, that explains a lot.
I guess she can choose to cooperate or to refuse to hand over Selina once she’s back in the US, but she can’t stop the ICC herself.
Dammit Dave it’s been months since I’ve wanted to cry over Tom Petty.
Eve has already stabbed somebody and fallen in love with a murderer so far.
I completely forgot she knew and I suspect the show did too. You’d think that would be yet another reason Kara couldn’t afford to wait...
ooh, Villanelle for Mi6 is interesting. like turning a hacker except more deadly!
Montez can’t pardon her from anything- it’s not an American charge.
It’s great to see Supergirl seriously grapple with the decision to keep Lena in the dark for so long, rather than just handwaving it away one way or the other.
*whoops, should’ve said asscovering rather than asskissing.
they said they used the wedding to sneak her out...it’s a bit of a hand-wave. I don’t know how long it would take for the cops to stop continuously staking out the embassy where an ex-president was claiming asylum but you’d think longer than the timeframe of this episode.
yeah, it could be relatively benign bureaucratic asskissing. since we’ve got so much more of Carolyn’s perspective it feels like she should be up to something complex, though.
her creepy Russian benefactor snuck her through some old Resistance tunnels, and got her the car and plane back.
-Richard is officially the (black) governor of a Midwestern maybe-swing state. I’m going to stick with my prediction from last week that he goes from VP nominee to VP to POTUS at the end.
The end result is that there is now a lot of dramatic weight attached to Carolyn’s mysterious plans. She essentially has to be a heartless genius to push Eve this way, with the end result that Eve does something very specific to aid her cause to make it all worthwhile.
And arguably the best CB we’ve ever had went to college on a basketball scholarship!
if Sauerbrunn gets hurt that defense could go from sketchy to awful really fast. they better score a ton...
Yeah, it would’ve been nice to have another actual fullback.
Yeah, I really do not get Ellis’s obsession with Long, who is also one of her many failed attempts to convert somebody to defense (CB, here) over the past few years. Feels like the point of having US depth should be that Long’s still there when half a dozen people in front of her get hurt.
Does Short play CB at all? I’ve never seen it for the national team.
