I wonder about that too. Reading on an LCD is a pain but Kindles and Nooks are amazing. I read a lot more now with my Kindle then I did before. I'm convinced all this moaning about them is all done by people that haven't tried them or luddites.

I love Lee Pace. He will always be the brother of Jaye Tyler to me.

Yeah I know what you mean. I was hoping you would just have Kratos kicking ass while Ares is burning the city in the background and then they do a flash back here and there until you get to that epic moment in the first game where you realize just why Kratos is ashen white.

Agreed. Kevin Conroy is the voice of Batman to me. When I read Batman comics that's what he sounds like. And for that matter the Nolan movies could have been improved significantly if they dubbed Conroy in over Bale's horrible horrible growling thing.

Oh god yes. It's full of dread and depression. It's a zombie game more akin to the original Dawn of the Dead in that it's got a slow build of terror.

First Gizmodo posts a bunch of anti-gun articles now Kotaku is. What the hell is going on with Gawker headquarters. Who there has a bug up their ass about this? Why is this on a video game website? It has nothing to do with video games in the slightest.

Seriously I look forward to watching it every week more than just about any other show on right now. I'm getting ready to plug my laptop into my tv so I can watch Episode 4 now. It is sinister and haunting.

I only made it 2 minutes in before I had to stop it. Way way to much shakey cam. Does it stop shaking at some point?

It would be awesome to have Batman Beyond on film. Contextually the old Batman in this case would be JGL's character in The Dark Knight Rises though? Or would we just ignore that stuff and make it actually be Bruce Wayne?

Dude seriously I love this show. Hulu recommended it to me sometime ago and season 1 took an episode or two but it just gripped me so completely. It's haunting. When the one person asks if a loved one can be brought back to life and the man just replies something like "I can do that" it's just chilling.

It look more like 80s music video than Blade Runner. I expect her to start singing "Sweet Dreams" any second.

Green Arrow/Black Canary were awesome in the Mike Grell books. I mean I guess she ended up being a bit marginalized but I really liked those books. Ok I'm thinking about it as I type this and maybe you're right.

I never finished Ashes to Ashes... should I bother with the 3rd season?

I can't decide if I like it or if I think it's awesome. It kind of reminds me of that show Tripping the Rift scifi channel had on a few years ago.

First of why is this technology blog becoming a political blog? Who is pushing for this? Or is it simply that this issue gets lots of traffic?

Haha. I'd probably hate that song if I heard it anywhere else but it seems to work here.

Yes the last time a song in a trailer matched up that well was Sin City's trailer or Serenity's trailer. Actually the 300 and Watchman trailers used good music now that I think about it. All of them really made me want to watch the movies in question, this trailer included.

I talked about it in the other post but when I was very meh about Firefly until he kicked the guy into the engine. I was sold at that point. Sign me the hell up for more of this every damn week.

Yeah I mean there is only so much they can do with the history of the thing. Based on how they were talking about this season and what happened with the actual war/revolt I sort of have an idea what is going to happen to him anyway.

Just amazing. This one really and the one 2 down really captures that dirty grimy cyberpunk feel of Blade Runner that so many movies and games seem to be unable to accomplish. I can practically feel the earthy blend of traditional Chinese instruments fuzed with a strange futuristic jazz emanating from the background
