No shit. You seem to be confused. Im telling you that ISP’s have nothing to do with prioritizing your VOIP. Thats the job of the end user. The ISP’s job is to delivery a set amount of bandwidth to your home. Its your job as an end user to use QOS to determine what gets priority of the band.
