Did this “she” still have a dick attached?
Did this “she” still have a dick attached?
They hired an older gentlman who has outdated views and didn’t pay attention during his training, so made a bad call. The team remedied the situation as soon as they could, and then apologized appropriately and publicly. But social media’s need for constant outrage turned a simple mistake into a shitstorm.
No person of the opposite gender should be allowed in the locker room.
I know we are all supposed to be laughing at her but, the UN council on online harassment of women said the exact same thing as Candace did. I mean if the UN agrees with her, then she has to be right.
Please don’t do this. My mother used to pee with the door open and sometimes walk around naked when she got out of the shower. I think she thought I’d be too young to remember. I wouldn’t clean my dick in front of my children. There’s no need to make a point to the world by exposing your children to your private…
And then the dog digs it out of the trash can and eats it. Tries to poop it out and gets stuck so you have to pull string out again from his butt. At least thats how it works at my house.
men, on the other hand, were free to make dick jokes and talk about masturbation.
No. I'm sorry but no. I am definitely on board with explaining bodily functions, using correct terms for body parts, being naked occasionally, etc. But I will also teach my future child the value of privacy and boundaries.
I can’t think of a single reason to clean out my menstrual cup or wipe away clotted blood from pubes my in front of my children.
I don’t think the simplest conclusion is that an 85 year old woman that was taken, weeping, hysterical off the train was being loud and obnoxious
Drunk, rude, loud and offending other guests who also paid to have a nice time. So where, oh where is the racial discrimination? Even if you squint, you can't find it. Prediction: the lawsuit goes nowhere.
And maybe it wasn’t racism at all. Maybe they were just being loud and obnoxious regardless of their race.
Character witnesses wouldn’t help. However neutral third party witnesses who could testify as to the common behavior on that train could help. The trouble is that testimony from passengers and staff might show that these women were not quite behaving in an appropriate manner. Mixed motive cases tend to be a little…
Exactly! I can listen to the audience of a comedy club, or another type of comedy show, and I can listen to the audience of a show like Showtime at the Apollo . And, tell the difference. So can you!
From what I understand, this was suposed to be something of a high-class ride, where people drank fancy wine and enjoy a leisurely train ride. It was the equivilent of a fancy resturaunt experience, and I can sympathize with the people who bought tickets expecting that only to have to put up with a bunch of loud drunk…
They can’t, and they’re not going to win this. If they’re lucky, the wine train will pay them off just to avoid the bad press/court fees, which is probably what they’re aiming for.
On average people get kicked off of this train once a month for being loud. I wonder if they sued too. Is it racist if you DON’T sue?
I suppose to prove discrimination, they would need to examine all of the people who had been put off the train in recent history, or under the same train manager, right? Otherwise, how can they prove it?
Is anything about this worth 11 million dollars?
