Most people hate it? Largest EA launch in their history in terms of sales and online active players doesn’t indicate most people hate it. Most commenters on Kotaku maybe, but not most people in the real world.

And maybe one day, browsers will standardize on true streaming video support. For the time being, live (HLS) video is still wrapped in Flash unless you’re on a Mac. MPEG-DASH still isn’t ready for prime time. Killing Flash creates a nightmare for live video delivery.
