The hidden hero of much of Jackson's most famous work is Bruce "The Walrus" Swedien. Me managed to engineer mixes that could simultaneously feature all of Michael's overdubs, random stuff like Van Halen guitar solos, and still have a characteristic thumpy funk low end. Oddly, about 15 minutes before I read this comment, a guy from my building's facilities management walked by wearing a Jackyl tshirt.

IIRC the calculation this guy did is based on the fact that while the travel is near-instantaneous (it takes a second or two) there's still a range limit to how far the Galactica can jump. It would be effectively instantaneous if there was no limit.

The Duke boys weren't racist. They couldn't've been, as there were almost never any black people on the show. I think there was like one, in 2 episodes.
