No-one important is going this week but I fully expect this episode to end with the return of The Hound. Then the carnage begins in 8 with The Mountain and The Waif going down, 9 is the end of Tommen and Ramsay and 10 is Cersei, everyone at the wall. Then they'll leave us hanging.
