THEY ARE MERELY EXCHANGING LONG PROTEIN STRINGS, IF YOU CAN THINK OF A SIMPLER WAY, I’D LIKE TO HEAR IT.

No one applauds me for taking a week to clean up 500 rows of data on excel so I don’t see why I should be applauding pilots for piloting.

A very American solution.

I’ll need five gallons of diesel and some high-octane gezzaline...”

Futurists have been saying that technological advancements will render human labor unnecessary since the spinning jenny was the latest and greatest. The capitalist class will always find a way to keep us exchanging labor for scraps.

I’m going to focus on one part of the story: the current mindset that it’s not rude at all to just whip out a smartphone whenever you feel like it.

There is nothing wrong with boycotting a company that supports someone like Trump and those that argue that it is meaningless is for those who want to excuse their own choices.

PUT HIM BACK

Nothing new under the sun with the white moderate:

“The Republicans are literally putting people in concentration camps while stacking the Supreme Court with compliant stooges who will safeguard his private business affairs from any investigation into his ties with a foreign dictator. But I think that the most important issue facing us today is clear: Do Democrats

Such a great victory in court yesterday on the Russian Hoax, the greatest political scam in the history of our Country.”

I fucking hate this era.  My heart says “We are better than them.  We shouldn’t have to call for violence against them, because we are above this shit.”  But if you don’t do something, they stack consensus, normalize abhorrent behavior, and write terrible dehumanizing laws that erase you as people, and just like that,

I had mixed feelings and I do think a lot of it feels like, “Why are we watching all of this exactly?” But I did think the sequence at Spahn Ranch was gripping.

Saw the movie yesterday. Tarantino has done something I did not know he was capable of: making an incredibly boring movie. With the exception of about four minutes of a scene featuring Mike Moh/Bruce Lee & Brad Pitt, the first two+ hours are just tedious. It’s not lyrical and it’s not languid.  It’s insufferable and

This was delightfully vicious and I am HERE FOR IT.

its the tried and true GOP cycle.  Claim fiscal responsibility, get in office and run the fuck outta the budget, lose election and blame it all on Dems + let Dems clean it up, then start the cycle again.  It is the GOP grift cycle ... Wall St and defense clean up every GOP admin.

I’m not a fan of the freestyle machines. They’re a bottleneck and create long wait times while people mull over the options, plus that screen is pretty low on my list of things to touch right before eating.

Pegg: “Oh I’m sure it’s going to be great, not like a tire fire in space at all.”

I work at an airport and I see A LOT of female passengers who were revealing clothing, especially in the summer. Bare midriff tops and booty shorts seem to predominate, and I have to make it a point not to look to long.
