Sad but on re-watch you know that things will turn out all right.

OK, I'm going to watch each of these, and if any disappoint I will find you.

NGE feels so diluted by the remakes.

Hey, those guys work hard to produce 6 episodes per year!

They are referring to the Dissolve, a movie focused site owned by pitchfork media where several former A.V. Club staffers now work.

That show had a few good episodes, but it just feels so inessential.

but where does wolverine and the x-men go in that list?

None, because that show was shit.

I love them both, but I think I will always prefer AtLA over Korra just because Korra can be such a downer.

I don't think they aired Korrasami since season 4 was internet only. (Could be wrong here)

I think Fanfiction gets more readers and can be easier to write than original works. Also its often less about a author piggybacking off of someone else's work and more about a fan of the original participating in the fan community and enjoying the original work in a different way.

I feel like Kataang mostly happen after the ATLA finale.. Since we didn't actually see it much its ok to have limited progression and foundation in the show. It makes a nice thing for the audience to imagine for themselves.

When referenced in other works it can be a joke, but if you rewatch the movie it still really hits.

The two mainline PS3 Ratchet and Clank games were pretty great.

A Hat in Time is a promising looking collect-a-thon in development. Might scratch that itch.

I think they will make fewer weird mistakes than the prequels but lack a coherent compelling plot like everything Abrams touches.

If books, video-games, and TV are allowed then there are quite a few, otherwise its pretty slim. Disney's Aladdin, Fantasia and The Neverending Story are the only good multi-movie franchises I can think of.
Are we limiting to magic and medieval type stuff? Things like Toy Story, Tron, and Star Wars have fantasy style

That was the central plot point of their longest running video series.
