Yeah, I’m with goddessoftransitory. The number of hospitals that deal with this level of care for children are likely very few in number. It’s fucked up either way. 

It should but I’d bet you the families of the other patients are panicking right now. It’s not like facilities that can perform long term care like this are common or affordable. Just getting the insurance untangled to move your loved one would be a nightmare.
