I learned how to drive a stick on an ‘81 Accord of my parents. The only reason they traded it was to get an automatic since my stepmother was pregnant and couldn’t reach the clutch. They ended up getting another Accord. The real funny thing is my stepmom had never owned a Japanese car up to that point and after the

My first car was a triple white 1979 convertible. I owned it for two years. Drove the crap out of it and only car I wished I still owned. Since it was the ‘80's, I had a ZZ Top key chain for it. Now that I am in my late 40's I toy with the idea of getting another one because of how much fun it was to drive. It was

How can you not love them? I had an ‘87 S-10 with the “Maxi-Cab”. I drove the hell out of mine before trading it with my Dad. I worked in scuba shops in college so it was great for hauling tanks. Mine was bright red with an awful red interior to match because it was the ‘80's. It had the 2.8 V-6 which burned oil

This was done in the Friday the 13th Part II which really introduced Jason as he goes and get the survivor who killed his Mommy. Although, we only saw the original survivor in the opening before the credit rolled, it was pretty cool to see that.

Damn right about turkey bacon! It is the work of the devil!

That was a well done short! I really enjoyed it. I appreciate the effort that goes into these things and it’s nice to see a good one after seeing so many bad ones.

That’s awesome about the drifting! I used to do that in my first car which was a 1979 VW Beetle Convertible. I wasn’t trying but it would just break free on rainy days especially during the summer of 1986 when a drought was in play. In August of that summer, I had been at football practice. I could see the rain

“Easily among the worst car I’ve ever owned, and the first (of numerous) VW that made me swear I’d never buy another. God I miss that car. It was my favorite.”—That has to be one of the most true statements I have ever read about a car and it made me chuckle! I needed that this morning!

Now that was funny! Thanks for sharing!

Actually, I think he really needs more hoodies since his tend to get full of holes.

Thanks for posting that! I forgot how many people were in it. When was the last time there was an allstar cast in a movie? Plus, this had Jimmy “The Greek” Snyder. That name was a blast from the past!

Great playlist! Thanks dondemon! dondemon’s Epic playlist is fantastic too!

For me, it was Game of Thrones with Hodo. I bawled like a small child. I don’t ever remember having that much of an emotional reaction to anything on TV other than the episode of ST: TNG when Picard had lived a whole lifetime in the span of the episode.

I still have my copy of this game in the attic. It was a game I bought but never played. It was on our list to play at some point but we were too much into D&D, Traveller, Gamma World, and the newly released Twilight 2000 to get to it. I had started collecting games in the ‘80's but never got to playing them. Once

I have to admit I enjoyed that but the best part was when the blow up doll was hit. It gave me a chuckle!

I feel the same way. I just didn’t get the hype. I am in a minority when I say I like the first Mad Max film the most.

I loved Road Warrior and only saw Thunderdome in the theater and walked out disappointed. I had only experienced that kind of disappointment wen I saw Mega Force.

I think the reason I liked the original

Enterprising Young Men is one of my favorite pieces of music ever! I didn’t go through the whole playlist but I hope it has the classic TV show stuff.

I remember this same argument on AOL when I got my first computer in 1996 while on my free trial.

Awesome but let me correct one thing: Waylon Jennings says, “Looks like them Duke Boys are getting their full $250 worth on that jump”

My parents divorced in 1978 several months before I turned ten. I am now 47 years old, about to turn 48. Even after all of this time, I am still affected by their divorce.
