I wonder how Cook County (Chicago and its suburbs) stack up if your strictly talking the African-American community regardless of wealth. There are roughly 1.3 million people in that group and I would bet per capita it stacks up or is higher (although maybe not at this moment).

I went to a cousin’s wedding in Colorado, and even the relatives that I would consider “square” were smoking/eating marijuana because it was legal. All of the sudden nobody gave a shit about who felt like getting high, or who didn’t, and it was a good time, all because of what state we were in.
